The sad reality is starting to dawn on thoughtful Americans. A community organizer with a bright smile and great oratory skills makes not for an effective Commander and Chief. The current administration has to be one and done.

I just finished Brandon S. “The Way of Kings.” This was an excellent read. I highly recommend it to everyone. Can’t wait until the next one comes out.
Amateur Night at the Whitehouse
(Obama) “What do you girls think?” “Let’s stop all those bad oil people killing the ducks and baby seals in the gulf.” (girls) “Yehhhhhhh…daddy. Then can we go for ice cream?” In hindsight, no reaction to the gulf oil disaster is way better than overreaction. I’m glad that they didn’t put a 6 month moratorium on all driving when the Toyota safety issues came up. We really dodged a bullet on that one.
Sabbatical Ends
The long winter is over. You can only stay away so long and reality drives you back. I have been enjoying some great personal time. A new job and change of pace has been great. There will be more to come so stay tuned.
